Nemezio is the founder of OmniFit Performance, a diagnostic-led personal training and performance coaching practice serving professionals, executives, and high-performing adults across North County San Diego. His approach is built on a clear standard: effective training starts with assessment, clinical insight, and structured progression — not guesswork or generic programming. Each program is supported by a layered credential base, including NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Behavior Change Specialist (BCS), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC); ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist; Precision Nutrition Level 1 (Level 2 in progress); and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (in progress). When client needs extend beyond training, Nemezio collaborates with a vetted network of physical therapists, massage therapists, and metabolic and GLP-1 providers to ensure continuity of care. Every client begins with a structured assessment to establish baseline body composition, movement quality, and performance metrics. This data drives a proprietary four-phase methodology — Assess, Correct, Build, Sustain — designed to identify limitations before adding load, then progressively build strength, capacity, and long-term durability. Clients train through a dedicated OmniFit coaching app that centralizes programming, progress tracking, habit coaching, nutrition guidance, and direct coach communication. All sessions, assessments, and performance metrics remain documented and accessible throughout the process. “Training with Nemezio for the past 15 months has been the best gift I’ve given myself. I’ve gotten to the best shape of my life and achieved a physical transformation I didn’t think was possible. Nemezio brings serious depth of knowledge about training methods and the human body, coupled with inspirational motivation and leading by example in his own training.” — Alo S., Chief Technology Officer Originally from Italy, Nemezio relocated to San Diego and built OmniFit Performance from the ground up. A former collegiate athlete and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, his coaching philosophy reflects a corrective-first, performance-driven model — refine mechanics before increasing intensity, and build progress that compounds rather than breaks. At Teqneeq, Nemezio provides private one-on-one personal training for members seeking diagnostic-led coaching in a focused, distraction-free environment. The objective is direct: measurable progress, structural integrity, and sustainable long-term performance. Contact: Nemezio O.
