Glootz
Glootz is a dedicated studio inside Teqneeq focused on hips, glutes, and core—the foundation of long-term strength, balance, and movement. The environment is designed for trainers, clinicians, and serious members who understand that lower-body function drives everything from daily activity to high-level performance.
Proven Results
Glute health is essential
If your goal is to stay physically and mentally agile over a lifetime, building and maintaining a strong hip and glute routine is essential. The muscles of the hips and glutes stabilize the spine, support efficient walking and running, and help protect the joints above and below.
Let Glootz support you on this journey
Achieve results through coordinated, compound routines that emphasize:
- Focused tools for hip, glute, and core work
- Progressive options for strength, activation, and flexibility
- Configurations that support both rehab and high-output performance
Why the hip–glute region matters
The hip–glute region is where the brain and body’s functional connection is most strongly expressed. This area contains the largest muscle groups used in coordinated, compound exercises—hips, glutes, lower back, and core—and, when trained with active flexibility, supports lifelong functional health.
Glootz is dedicated to developing that capacity in a focused studio environment, so members and professionals can build durable strength where it matters most.
Access and use
Glootz is available to Teqneeq members, whether they train independently or with a professional. Trainers and clinicians can incorporate the studio into their programs as long as both professional and client are members and follow the same etiquette and equipment standards as the rest of the facility.
Teqneeq provides the facility only and does not endorse, supervise, or recommend any professional services offered by members. You are welcome to work with your own practitioner as long as they are also a member. In certain circumstances where access to standard gym activities is legally restricted, we may require a fully executed Medical Necessity Form to be kept on file in order to maintain member access.
